1. Agreement to Terms
By booking any hauling, junk removal, or related service with All Seasons Hauling and Junk Removal ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Once a price is agreed upon by both parties (verbally, in writing, or via digital estimate), the customer is responsible for full payment upon job completion.
- Payments are accepted via cash, card, or digital methods as approved by our team.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered or for completed jobs.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If we arrive at the job site and are unable to complete work due to access issues or customer absence, a minimum service fee may apply.
4. Items We Cannot Remove
We do not remove or transport the following:
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos)
- Medical waste or biohazards
- Weapons, explosives, or illegal items
If such items are found within your load, we reserve the right to refuse service or apply additional fees for proper handling or disposal.
5. Liability and Damage
- We take care to avoid property damage, but All Seasons Hauling and Junk Removal is not liable for any incidental damage to driveways, landscaping, underground pipes, or structures caused by heavy equipment or vehicle access, unless due to gross negligence.
- Customers are responsible for clearly identifying any underground hazards or restricted areas in advance.
- We are not responsible for items left out unintentionally. Customers must confirm which items are to be removed.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide safe and clear access to the property or job site
- Ensure someone is present at the time of service (unless prior arrangements are made)
- Disclose any unusual loads or oversized items in advance
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if conditions are unsafe, materials are prohibited, or the customer is uncooperative or abusive toward our crew.
8. Disputes and Resolution
If you have a concern about your service, please contact us directly within 3 days of completion. We will work with you to resolve the matter professionally and fairly. Legal action should be a last resort, and only after a good-faith effort has been made to resolve the issue with our team.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
